Last
month was a huge month for me, and from what I hear, a lot of people!
I received my Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) rating from the Yoga
Alliance, that means I have over 1,000 hours of teaching experience
now! What a huge accomplishment this has been in my teaching career
and I thank all of you who we a part of those hours of my classes
of teaching yoga. Each hour I teach is sacred to me and I thank
you for being a part of that.
I got engaged and I am enjoying the aspect of the yoga of a true
relationship with another person, and I am moving towards my full
time teaching career. I want to thank everyone and the universe
that helped make this dream come true, and for making the West come
to be a place that honors a true path to healing. Many blessings
to you on your journey!
Namaste!

as well as an incentive to pay your tuition in full. Certain practices
and lectures will be open to the public, so take a peek at the teacher

Yoga Tips
by
Jennifer Kovalchik
To stay warm and healthy in the cold months here are some tips
to try for your morning practice:
- Do a few rounds of Surya Namaskara to start your day then
sit for your meditation and pranayama. You will find your body to
be more relaxed and your attention and intention clear. It is recommended
you do a round for every year of age!
- Start your morning off with a little free form dance, just
to get the body moving and warmed up, you will notice your mind
will feel less sluggish too! Drumming music is great for this!
- Be preventative and practice Jala Netti and start your day
with a cup of hot water with lemon to free the body of excess Ama
or toxins.

Teacher of the Month
Natalie Lorber, RYT and Owner of Harmony Studios!
Natalie
opened Harmony Studio’s in February and has been bringing
Yoga and Pilates to Downtown Willoughby and Lake County! She is
a soon to be mother, a great teacher and her energy is contagious.
She brings in the full aspect of yoga to her classes, and provides
her students a friendly and inviting environment to practice in
for any level of practitioner. I am truly grateful to her for the
joy she brings the yoga community that is so close to home! You
